I felt an immediate connection to her and her energy. I was very honest with her about my desires in finding the "perfect" spot on the water and when I shared what I was looking for and how particular and more than likely slow moving I was going to be during this process because I would just "know" when I found the house, she did not hesitate to say yes to working with me.
